OMATIVE systems has released its ACM product now also for OKUMA OSP-P200 (THINC) CNCs. This new version of ACM system has been specifically developed for the OKUMA THINC CNC platforms, enabling users to benefit from the whole range of productivity advantages of Adaptive Control and Monitoring.

This version of OMATIVE ACM is configured in a combination of hardware and software components. Spindle power is measured by OMATIVE Power Transducer Module, and the Adaptive Control & Monitoring functions are executed by a special proprietary hardware for fast processing.  And yet, the user interface is integrated into the HMI of the CNC and Adaptive Control features are executed in real-time, in a manner transparent to the user.
