OMATIVE systems has released its ACM product now also for Bosch-Rexroth IndraMotion MTX CNCs. This version of ACM system has been specifically developed for the Bosch-Rexroth IndraMotion MTX CNC platforms, enabling users to benefit from the whole range of productivity advantages of Adaptive Control and Monitoring.

This new version of OMATIVE ACM is configured in a combination of hardware and software components. Spindle power is measured by OMATIVE Power Transducer Module, and the Adaptive Control & Monitoring functions are executed by a special proprietary hardware for fast processing. However, with the user interface integrated into the HMI of the IndraControl V industrial PC CNC, ACM features are executed in real-time in a manner transparent to the user.
